By exploring the raw file we can see that some points where duplicated having gained a "<" at the beginning.

The ones with "<" in the beginning were not created by me but were included when exporting the file...
Appreciate your help.

But I'm still a little bit confused:
1) At least for the Fenix 5x it appears that the turn warning counts as a clue point but if you upload the same exported fit file to Ride With GPS they are not showed... could you please elaborate more?
2) The check box on the Export to Garmin says "warnings for Left/Right/Summit/Valley but if you look at file only right and left warning were created. Summit and Valley no. I've used but what about the others types of turns?
My best regards,

You probably know Ridewithgps.com and gpsies.com, both websites/apps allow you to manage clue points.
Gpsies also allows you to manually set "turn warnings" in "x" distance.
When I first got the problem navigating the course with a Garmin Fenix 5x I upload the "Export to Garmin .fit file" directly from Fenix 5x to those websites to see what was wrong because I pretty sure I had only 35 clue points...
Garmin Fenix 5x was telling me I had more than 50 (51 actually) clue points and would be cutting 1 but when looking to the same file at RideWithGPS and Gpsies they were showing exactly the 35 clue points I had originally created. No turn warning points were uploaded/showed.
So, here are my questions:
1) by my own user experience "turn warnings" behave different from the associated course points (manually created clue points) so, do they have a different file format, prefix "<" ? because the watch recognizes them but not the apps in general.
2) By being different, is it normal the watch count them as clue points?
Than you ,

but could you at least please answer my post before the last one regarding turn warnings check box? So it has no effect to check it or not. I can mark all course_points but only eleven from the 22 available will be created including summits and valleys that specifically mentioned at settings-export-to-garmin.
Thank you,

At least for me the case is solved!
I've just learned from McBadger that Garmin Fenix 5x automatically generates warnings itself so I'll be able to disable the "turn warnings" function.
