Speed Zones

Speed Zones

Postby StanByk » Sat Mar 05, 2011 12:14 pm

Hi,
I have just discovered Sport Tracks and the Garmin Fitness plugin and they are both great!

I seem to be unable, however, to setup the speed zones the way I want them. On Training Center I have 10 custom speed zones, some of them partially overlapping. Using the setup wizard I was able to enter my zones manually, but I can not access them when I try to set up a workout. Instead I get zones called Snail, Turtle, etc. I tried to set them up under Categories but this doesn't allow for the creation of overlapping zones.

I would appreciate any help I can get.
Apologies in advance if this is a really stupid question :?:

Thank you,
Robert

Hello,
I'll refer you to the plugin's Wiki page on settings found here : http://code.google.com/p/garminworkouts ... categories

But to answer your question, you are probably setup to use the SportTracks defined speed zones instead of the Garmin zones. Change the settings and it will all revert to what you expect.

Hello,
Thank you for pointing me to the Wiki.
The problem was that I didn't properly associate the Garmin categories with the Sport Tracks categories.
It seems to work now.
I'll send you a donation.
