I notice that on the graph, I can slide the blue portion CTL/ATL up and down. So essentially, the number value can be modified. I am not clear on why this is, nor how I am supposed to choose where it is set. I know that the relative values on the graph can still be seen, but I was wondering how I might see where I fit on the scale of Low to Epic. If this is not supposed to actually represent anything, why are the areas labelled this way?

The Low, Medium, High, Epic labels are tied to the left-hand TSS axis, which represents how intense each workout was. These are the gold bars if you have Training Stress Score shown on the chart.

The blue CTL and red ATL charts are independent of this, so you can move it where ever you like.
