Aaron, thanks for the h/t on the blog. But especially thanks for a great program.

Mechgt - thanks for the great plugin. I'm still trying to figure out all of the ways to interpret this.

bill, any chance you can throw up a screen shot of your settings for the plugin? I can't seem to set up my graphs in the same way.

Honestly, I don't do anything magical. For all of the parameters I just double-click on the scale to the right so that they auto-fit the page. Then for pure ascetics (and the fact that I'm a bit fastidious about my charts), I pull the Training Influence scale down so that the zero line is even with the zero Training Stress Balance zero line.

I think that part of the auto-fit "trick" is that the screen shots don't show the data that goes back to late 2006, with some pretty high peaks back there.

Let me know if that doesn't clarify.

Got it - didn't realise there were some extra graph's available - must read the release notes a bit more closely next time.

Once again, excellent post and thanks to Megcht for a brilliant plugin.
