This looks really interesting, is it something that could be incorporated in TL?

I have read the link.
And I did not understand.
Because I think the Training Stress model is about managing fatigue (CTL-ATL), and not about CTL alone.

FitPlan though offers a possibility to create a Training Plan with repeating workouts with rising intensity (Ramp %).

Interesting. A method to warn you when your CTL raises to fast. A signal to take a rest. Sounds fine to me. When i understand it right, its the incline or decline of the last x-days of the ctl graph. Only thing is when is the delta to high for the atlete's situation. May be you only have to look into the past

A +1 for me.
