Training Load - Using it with other recovery/analysis tools

I have put in some thoughts here about how I use training load and other tools to decide on what training to do TODAY.

I touch on some Garmin data, BIOFORCEHRV data, FIRSTBEAT ATHLETE data and of course good old TRAININGLOAD !

Thoughts welcomed. Also would be interested in anyone else's experiences with recovery info and tools that help you decide what training to do on one particular day.

Nice write-up.

I use Elite HRV, put the data in ST3 manually in a custom field.
Some data from FB Athlete I store in ST3 as well in custom activity fields (VO2/EPOC/Ventilation peak, MetMax, TrainingEffect).
As well as some Garmin-data: recovery time (should be available in ST3, using GFD?)

Yet to determine how to use it at best. Especially interested in recovery and timing the next training.
