why do I get CTL ATL TSS data whe I don't use a power meter?

I have some workouts where I didn't use a power meter and I still got CTL ATL TSS data.

How is this possible? I thought all of these parameters are based on power data. thank you.

TRIMP can be used with CTL/ATL - read the TL Introduction viewtopic.php?f=47&t=5467

not true, I read that link already. it only states that CTL and ATL is "Calculated as something similar to a long term moving average of your TrImp scores" but it doesn't mean that it uses the TRIMP.

this leads to the question, what is the formula that is use to calculate CTL and ATL? especially when you don't have power data or TSS data.

Can anyone please clear up this confusion. thank you.
