Limit cadence in ST and Treshold cadence in plugin??

Postby LC8ZGZ » Mon Nov 02, 2015 7:23 am

Hello

I see that is very different the data in the Quadrant Analysis in the Mechgt Plugin and in the Training Analysis plugin whith the Pedal Force/CPV and i have very confused.
I have read that is necesary to put that in ST the " rate limit " in the section of " cycling settings " Settings - Display - Analysis and the "Treshold Cadence" in the Training Anaysis plugin but i don´t understand the meaning and the the difference in both settings and his influece.
What i have to put in this settings ?
Help me, please.

Thank you very much.

I am sorry. I do not understand this phrase.

The Treshold cadence is a self-selected cadence.
A vertical line will be placed at this value in the chart.
When you opt for a very low cadence, there will be very few measurements to the left of this line.
You qualify all your measurements as high speed.

In the chart produced by Quadrant analysis, you will see a questionmark in a blue circle.
Next to the activation button
When you click this blue button, you get a explanatory popup.
Both for QA, and TA.
