Do you mean the "power@xxx bpm" values as of the plugin's manual page http://sporttracks-plugins.com/SportTra ... ocId616902 ?

I've meanwhile REMOVED these metrics from the "Performance Indices" page, because they were quite often misleading when the correlation was poor (low R²).
I haven't yet updated the manual page.

Btw, no need to post the same question in two different boards :)

Dear Sir
Thank you for your answer.
I am a new user of "ST "and "Training Analysis plugin" , and first posted my question on this board .So I don't know where I can post it.
Now I understand.

There's a "Questions" board for general questions regarding SportTracks core functionality.
There's a "Plugins" subforum ( viewforum.php?f=63 ) for plugin specific questions. Many plugins have a board of their own. If there's no distinct board for the plugin you're talking about, there's a "Plugins:General Info" board.

Many, many questions have already been answered in the forum (your original post not :) ), so it's advisable to use the forum search before posting your question.
