SportTracks v3.2 and beyond

Can we expect a Christmas present with new features in the desktop version of ST3 ?

Can anything be shared with us. I need a new toy to play with.

I really hope so too..... but it doesn't look like ST is going to be improved in a near future unfortunately.

It looks like ST.mobi has taken the lead for a good chunk of time.

Sorry!

Can't see the need to be honest. It works. It does all that I need. Not a big fan of change for the sake of change...but then I am getting old

Sure, it works great and that's why we are on this forum....
But a new UI would be appreciated. An integrated Training load like on the mobi website would be nice too.
A better "course" section....

A software can always be improved.

Unfortunately, their answer usually looks like that (at least in my small experience):
- A plugin already does that (which is great but adds $$$) and the integration is not as great as a native feature (problem I realized with plugins such as Waypoint & Courses. Don't get me wrong, I love this plugin, it's just that you can see that it would be better if it was coded natively : Dock/undock function....etc)
- Make your own plugin
- Make a request so that .mobi does that
- Create a request on the user voice (meanwhile it is already flooded with .mobi request
....

In the end, you can see that the PC app doesn't plan to get improved. And it seems like it's the case for several PC software since the trend seems to be up in the cloud.
Example : TP WKO+ 4.0 http://www.trainingpeaks.com/YAF_Gatewa ... ts&t=83909

Hi,
there are plenty of feature requests for the destop version. But no reaction.
For me .mobi is leading into the wrong direction. The cloud is no solution for my private training data and analysis.

I am still very disappointed that there has been no significant development for the desktop version. It has been asked about and features requested for a long time now (years?)

Please create a uservoice page JUST for the desktop version. The current uservoice is full of nothing but mobi ideas. Not really fair to try and compare the interest between the two platforms.
