can' t get started

Hello, I have installed and activated the plug-in but it seems as if it is not working...
I can see it installed in the settings menu, but I cannot see Pool Swimming features offered within the activity details menu..

wat am I doing wrong?

Any one has any idea what is going on?
I have uninstailled the plug-in, resintalled, updated with teh newest version etc...
But still it does not offer the Pool Swimming menu for swimming activities

Did you try to search the forum, there are a few similar posts - and lots of answers.
Bottom line: the "Pool Swimming" menu entry only appears, when the imported activity HAS pool swimming data.
So if you can't see it, it obviously has not --> check how you imported the activity/ies.

I have not found what I wanted on the forum but truth is I have not read it all either.
I am importing the swimming activities as TCX file. This TCX is generated from Garmin Connect where the activity is automatically uploaded by Ant Agent from the Garmin SWIM watch upto the website.
I would figure that if it is a pool swimming activity in Garmin Connect, it should be recognized as such as well in ST.
In any case, I have checked and in ST it does recognize it as well as within the swimming category...

.TCX files cannot carry pool swimming detail information.
You should either import the original .FIT file from the ANT Agent sync folder, use Garmin FIT Devices plugin http://zonefivesoftware.com/sporttracks ... it-devices, or use the new Garmin Connect Plugin http://zonefivesoftware.com/sporttracks ... in-connect to pull the uploaded activity data from Garmin Connect into ST.

OK. I got it now!
Thank you very much for your help. I realize this might have been a trivial question, but I could not relate to the technical stuff I was reading on the forum. Thanks a bunch for your help once again
