Pool Swimming plugin

Hallo, ich benutze das plug-in seit ein paar Jahren.
Was ich mir wünschen würde:
eine Zusammenfassung nicht nur für das gesamte Training sondern auch
für jede Schwimmart aufgeschlüsselt:
Gesamttrainingsmeter in der Stilart Brust mit allen Kennziffern
dito für Freisitl
dito für Rücken

Dann wären die Veränderungen/Verbesserungen bei jedem Stil besser erkennbar.

If I remember right, I've built components for Activity Documentation plugin, which you can use in Activity Documentation reports to show these metrics PER SWIM STYLE.
--> try AD plugin and if in doubt consult the AD plugin's online manual.

Hi,
I've just got a Garmin Swim watch, and I'm a bit confused about something fairly basic - the definition of a front crawl 'stroke' according to Garmin is one complete cycle of one arm. Unfortunately, that's not what seems to be commonly accepted as a 'stroke' by the rest of the swimming community! A 'stroke' appears more commonly defined as 'one hand entry'. (https://www.totalimmersion.net/forum/sh ... php?t=1690) Therefore my stroke rate appears Olympian in the Pool Swimming plugin, where reality is sadly different... :(

Clearly this isn't a fault with the Pool Swim plugin, rather a terminology issue that comes from Garmin. I know metrics such as stroke rate and Swolf are personal, relative things (it doesn't really matter what the absolute values are, rather the week on week improvement) but it would be nice to have an option on the settings page of the plugin to reflect this.
(I've had a go with the Calculated Fields plugin to show an adjusted value, but failed miserably. A nice little tickbox on the settings page would be about my level.. :) )

I have a trial version of Pool Swimming, and ST 3.1, since installing Pool Swimming only the first TCX swimming file imported the swimming activity correctly, showing the new entry in the menu of activity detail pages all other imports have not imported correctly. I have installed and reinstalled Pool Swimming how can a fix this situation?

Should older swims with 910xt in ST also show also show the new entry in the menu of activity detail?

Did you import .TCX files? These do NOT contain pool swimming information and you won't see activity detail page "Pool Swimming".
You need to import .FIT files - only these carry pool swimming information.

Hi,

Although the plugin seems great after the trial period I have decided I do not need it.

How can it be uninstalled, and the startup message eliminated?

Thanks,
B.

Yes. "Edit:Pool Swimming:Change pool length", if I remember right.

Most probably. Try it out - you can try out the plugin at no cost.

Tracks missing after the change of swimming style, in the documentaion pluing and after restart of SportTracks in the activity. (see appendix)
I changed before from 1 intervall recorded by my vivoactive HR to 10 Intervalls with "Intervall nach dieser Bahn aufteilen".

(siehe Anhang)
