Daily Activity

Your Weekly Workout Log

From the main screen you can see at a glance the activities for the selected week as well as your weekly and monthly totals.

You can quickly navigate to another week or select a particular activity with the calendar and next / previous week buttons.

The main list in the activity view can be customized to show any of over 65 data columns available from your workout log.

Record Workout Details

Below the activity list is a detailed view of the currently selected activity.

This area is separated into different pages for each section of data:

  • Summary Info
Date, time, distance, pace, calories, category, equipment and notes.
  • Splits
Detailed lap information and charts on pace, elevation change and more.
  • Pace / Speed / Elevation / Heart rate / Cadence / Power
Graph over workout time or distance and summary by zones.
  • Custom Data
Page allowing you to enter user-defined custom data.

View Detailed Charts

To the left is an example of the detail page for pace. The other detail pages - Elevation, Heart rate, Cadence and Power have a similar look.

The top area shows a summary of time, distance and percent spent in each user-definable zone. Just like the activity list, this table can be customized to show 10 different data statistics.

Below the table a chart shows the recorded data over time or distance, or a bar chart of various statistics for each zone. Here we have selected a quarter mile section of the workout, showing the interactive charting features.

Selection in the zone table, chart and route window is synchronized, providing an easy way to explore your workout info and gain training insight.

Explore Your Route on Several Map Types

Maybe the most fun part about having a GPS on your workouts is coming home to see your route on a map.

Of course SportTracks 3 integrates with a variety of maps from Google and the Open Street Map project.

You'll see your route, stops & pauses, lap markers and direction of travel. Using the route you can pick different parts of your workout for detailed analysis, or edit your GPS track to fix satellite problems.

Quickly Find Workouts with Free-text or Field Search

When you have several years of data finding a particular workout with other search tools can be a chore. SportTracks 3 has made the task easier with "free‑text" search. Simply enter text matching the kinds of workouts you want to find.

Looking for workouts in 2010? Enter "2010"
For your running workouts? Enter "running"
Workouts longer than 10km? Enter "> 10 km"

Or combine different terms to further refine your search. It's just that easy.

And if you need the power of a field + operator search, that is available too.

Powerful Charting and Summarization Features

GPS watches and sensors record a mountain of data.
How to make sense of it all?

SportTracks 3 provides charting of over 50 statistics, summarized by week, month, year, day of week, time of day, location or category.

Using the reports view you can spot trends in your training or monitor progress towards your goals. And with saved reports you can quickly come back to a particular view in a few clicks.

Monitor Physical Changes

You've been exercising regularly for six months, watching your miles and calories burned add up... but are you seeing any results?

The athlete view allows you to enter all the physical info you care about and see charts of your progress over time.

Standard data includes: weight, body fat percent, BMI, information about injuries and sleep, a diary field, even a place to record your photo history.

If that doesn't meet your needs you can also add custom data fields to record and chart virtually anything you want.

Routes

The routes view lets you collect and categorize any important routes you've done, whether weekly rides or memorable hikes.

Once you've created a route, you can attach a photo and upload the route to many popular GPS models.
