RunSaturday is an excellent site - and this plugin makes it really easy to keep ST and RS up to date, without entering the same data into two different apps.

www.runSaturday.com is a new project to facilitate the online analysis and sharing of your athletic data.

For some examples of what you can already do:

1. You can upload your activities like:
http://www.runsaturday.com/TabId/64/ActivityId/2972/SubView/Speed/Default.aspx?maxHeight=500&maxWidth=500

And then embed them in other web pages using iframes like:
http://www.runsaturday.com/TabId/71/ActivityId/2972/SubView/Speed/Default.aspx?maxHeight=500&maxWidth=500

2. You can analyse your results online like:
http://www.runsaturday.com/Monthly/tabId/63/subView/Monthly/Default.aspx?StartDate=18%20Jan%202008&UserId=3&UseKm=False&BarPref=15

And again, you can share these online - using hyperlinks, iframes or using facebook feed links.

I'm committed to adding new functionality and to trying to a policy of open but secure data - trying to achieve interoperability across fitness applications and websites.
