Log is Wrong

by mountandog » Fri Feb 03, 2012 9:17 pm

Just opened ST and it is missing all workouts from mid-Sept last year thru this morning. How do I recover it? How do I find a backup log? No idea why it is not loading correctly. I rebooted computer a couple of times. No luck.

DONE.

You can export a GPX and import it into this app according to the webpage.

combined elevation/slope chart

It seems there is no huge interest in displaying such plots in ST. I still believe this would be very nice, especially in combination with google maps displayed simultanously. Select a bar and google shows you the equivalent part on the map. And with the great track coloring plugin by OMB, you would also see min/max/average of bpm, power, speed, cadence etc..

Instead, what about adding an export function that allows direct export to Cyclograph?
http://cyclograph.sourceforge.net/screenshots.shtml

Therefore you get the plot of distance and slope at least (without all the actual data).

HR Recovery data

by Burnt Toast » Fri Feb 03, 2012 10:59 am

Something like that I think would be a good, Anything that allows a user to get the data qickly and easily would be great, I just thought that since it is HR data, the workout pane would be a good place to display that data.

Maybe a trailing straight dashed line on the chart from the end of the workout to the HR value.

Great feedback

I can find it, but was thinking this could be a good place for it.

HR Recovery data

I would like to see the HR Recovery data displayed in the "Workout" screen of the daily activity like the average and max HR are. I think that would be a great place for the data to be viewed
