|
As the title implies, I am looking for the simplest way of adding time in HR Zones to a manual activity. Sometimes I run with a Polar watch or go to a spin class. I'd like to add the HR data to the activity. I thought I could add a data track, but I couldn't think of a simple way to do it. Can someone help me with the best way to input this data?
Much appreciated.

A data track cannot be added manually - in the sense it needs to come from a file.
This can be directly from a device itself or you can amend/create one using a csv file, importing to ST and adding it to the activity.
What Polar unit are you using? _________________ Cycling with:

I suggest manual entry of the summarised data, using "Edit activity - Data tracks" (names might be slightly different, I have no ST at hand).
What do you want to use the heart rate data for?

I am using an old S210 that doesn't have method of transfer. All I really need the data for is just to document it. I know I can put it in the notes area, but am looking for a way to put it in the Zones section of the workout page. If it can't be done then that's fine too. Thanks for your responses!

Yes, you can! Here's how, step by step.
1. Select the activity
2. Click on "Edit activity"
3. Click on "Data Tracks"
4. Click on the blue plus
5. Enter the heart rate data
6. Click on "OK"
7. Click on "OK"
8. Check your data in the workout window
