Lets say, i am having 3 short activities done in the morning. Can i (somehow) get an average HR from each of them? (and use it later in one formula)?

Is it possible to do? How to do it?

Get a look on aggregate formulas.

Here is a way how to calculate that you want:

{AVGHR(Avg,1)}

Furher usage of this formula depends on what you want to do. Just use it as it is inside something if it's calculated on same activities from where the average is.

Or probably use virtual expressions, depends

Now it's probably good time for question why you need thing like this to calculate.

It's that rule applicable for all activities or why to create sort of this calculation.

Could it be not better calculated just by usage of active laps?

do you mind if i describe in lenght what i want to do?

wanted to achive a sort of OPTIMIZER test results as Polar heart rate monitors can measure.

1. in the morning we make an interval activity of 4 laps:

(lap 1) We are lying down in bed for 5 min

(lap 2) Counting lying HR avg for 1 min

(lap 3) We stand up for 1 min and counting HR avg for 1 min

(lap 4) We still standing up for 1 min counting HR avg for 1 min

2. then we send this activity to SprortTracks. and wanted to have a result from formula:

((Lap3 - Lap2) + (Lap4 - Lap2)) / 2

is it possible to asses this numbers of AvgHR of each lap?

You can use this formula:

(({SPLITAVGHR(3)} - {SPLITAVGHR(2)}) + ({SPLITAVGHR(4)} - {SPLITAVGHR(2)})) / 2.0

Just an hint, right click on expression textbox, and there are Splits formulas under Splits menu

And I recommend you, to just to give specific name to this activity and do this calculation only if name is that you have specified. (as a condidion)

So it will be calculated only for these specific activities.
