back-up and exporting fit files before Sport Tracks close

Does anyboy has a good idea how to best and quickly export and back up externally (or different software) the various fit- files of the past years.?

If you are thinking to have individual files for each activity, then see if https://tapiriik.com/ sync'd to a Dropbox will do what you want. It works with Sporttracks.mobi so you would need to start a trial membership first, backup your ST3 data there, and then tapirijk to dropbox.

I assume the poster is asking about ST3. A more direct approach is to simply export directly from the logbook to a TCX file using the TCX exporter plugin. You will lose all your health metrics, gear tracking and custom data, but that is the same story in any migration to another system.
