Backup File on Desktop

My current history backup file shows March 11 2017 and I was curious how do I make a fresh backup for 2018. I thought in the past the "Logbook" in Other Task would have a drop-down menu for a backup feature.
Thanks for any help.

I assume your question is not about omb's Backup Plugin, rather the logbook backup ST3 makes on logbook save.
Other Tasks->Settings->Data files allows you to define the logbook folder, number of backup copies to maintain (max=5) and a possible backup folder.
You must have read/write access to the directory to be able to make the backup copy (ST3 actually just renames the current logbook to E.g. "Tex's History~backup-180620" before saving the updated logbook to a new "Tex's History").

Check the location in Settings for logbook files and/or search your disk for "*.logbook3"

omb's Baclkup plugin also allows you to specify where backups go in plugin settings for the plugin.
