ST3: Loss of equipment data when adding new training

Postby Thomas Kramer » Mon Apr 09, 2018 1:13 pm

In the desktop version of ST3 the equipment assignment of past training activities gets dropped once a new training session is added. I dont have to save/sync the logbook after having added a new training - once a new training is added I immediately see the accumulated milage of the assigned shoe (equipment) reduce by hundrets of kilometers. If I then manually click on the previous training activities I see the equipment assignments have disappeared.

This happens for the last 1.5 months, and since then I always have to manually reassign the equipment to the past 1.5 months of training activities, which is really annoying.
Just around that time the new version of ST3 came out, so I assume it may have sth to do with that new version.

I hope this issue/bug will be addressed quickly.

Sounds a lot like the gear sync problem fixed in the last ST3 release. Suggest you open a support ticket for a solution.

Thank you for the answer.
Where do I raise a ticket? In the forum section "Bugs" it seems I am not allowed to post threads.
