Logbook won't open after latest upgrade

I let Sporttracks do the latest upgrade as I have many times over the years and when I started up Sporttracks after the upgrade it didnn't automatically open the logbook like it has in the past. I went to the Logbook > open option and selected the logbook and it still didn't open. There was no error message, just an empty Sporttracks with no logbook open. What do I need to do? :cry:

Have you rebooted? It is Windows after all?
