Vivoactive HR runs don't sync

I am using the desktop version of Sporttracks and my runs seem to have stopped syncing. All other activities work OK.
The file can be seen and gives an error "file downloaded but no data".
The same file appears in Garmin Connect and can be downloaded and loaded into ST.
Any ideas?
