Synchronization error SportTracks to ST-Mobi

Postby plattfuss » Sun Aug 23, 2015 5:49 am

Hello,

Unfortunately, the synchronization of SportTracks to ST-Mobi does not work !!

When I save the logbook the following happens:
There are 94 activities identified, then error messages appear:

Synchronization error:
The Remotserver returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error & (401) Unauthorized.

I miss all the activities - the data from 08.10.2010 up to today.
The equipment is also not synchronized.

I have received already 2x contact with your support, but received no response.

On 20.08. I have contacted the Forum Admin, he gave me posted the following ....

Hallo,

Admin, you should reread the original topic - the customer has posted in English (1st half of the post) plus in German (2nd half).
And he has - slightly angered - complained that he had sent several emails to support without getting an answer.
I fear that your speedy reply will not be received as helpful but as another evidence of mediocre support.

Cheers,

After checking our support ticket system, it seems numerous and repeated direct emails are going ignored by the user. Unfortunately we can't do much about that.

If the poster sees this, I would recommend checking your SPAM folder for the past replies that support has emailed you to fix your problem.

Hello,

My provider has classed the email messages as spam and not forwarded.
I use Thunderbird and have therefore received any mail.

That was my mistake, sorry, sorry, sorry !!!!

You have me sent 3 emails to the Notice how I can synchronize the logbook again.
I have carried out the steps and it works perfectly.

many Thanks,

Sigrid
