Retrying Mobi but data not getting updated

I'm taking the opportunity to retry Mobi but since the last time I used it I have changed my Garmin watch. Now I don't seem to be able to sync my data to Mobi. The data transfer to Sporttracks on the computer works ok using the Ant+ stick, but I keep getting a message to register my Garmin Connect account. This led me to it thinking I needed to register the new watch. On Garmin's Product registration it said that I needed to download and install Garmin Express. Started the install and it said that Ant+ is longer required and wants to install it.

My questions are: Will Sporttracks on the computer work with Garmin Express and will this resolve the data upload problem to Mobi?

Would appreciate your advice.... :D

The SportTracks online website works best when you enable sync to Garmin Connect. Once enabled, all data sync is automatic.
