Add Conditions

Add Conditions

Postby PeterV » Thu Jun 22, 2017 5:08 am

Hi,

I am trying to add a condition to a calculated formula, but I cannot get it working. Can someone help me out with the correct syntax.

I want to only calculate the custom track if the following conditions are met:

- It is a "running" (or subcategory like threadmill) exercise.
- It has a powertrack from my Stryd device.

Thanks.
Peter.

What did you try?

Is the native language of your installation of Windows identical to the language of Sporttracks?

I once had a similar problem.
But could not resolve it.
I think because I deleted the standard categories which come with the installation of Sporttracks, and wanted to refer to a category I created myself in my native language.

I have for condition:

{Activity.CategoryPathName} == "My Activities: Running"

But if I did for example a threadmill or race it's not working. I tried with a wild card, but this is not working.

Also I have no clue how to add a condition to check if powerdata is available.

When I tried Condtion
{Activity.CategoryPathName}==''running"
my formula was validated OK

When I tried Condtion
{Activity.CategoryName}==''running"
my formula was also validated OK

Do not ask me after the difference between the two.

You cannot check whether a powertrack is present.
You can check whether Avg Power>0

@tndmbkr: My formula is also validated ok and working for running.
Issue is that it is not working for the other running categories, like a threadmill run, which is also in the running category.
