Custom Data Tracks; format CSV file

Custom Data Tracks; format CSV file

What can one do wrong when creating a CSVfile?
Whatever I do, I get this message
"Caught an unexpected expression, Input string was not in a correct format"

My procedure:
I export a HRtrack as a CSVfile in the CDTpane.
I open this CSVfile in Excel
I do not change anything to the contents of this file
I save this CSVfile as a CSVfile (with separation sign)
I close Excel
I import this file in the CDTpane.
And the file will not be accepted

When I open the CSVfile in Notepad BEFORE saving, the contents look like this:
Seconds;Value
RoundNumber;94.000000 (according to Excel the value really is 94 million)
etc

When I open the CSVfile in Notepad AFTER saving, the contents look like this:
Seconds;Value
RoundNumber;94000000
etc

==================
The prolem has been solved.
When you export a CSVfile, you must first save the file as a XLSfile.
Never save a CSVfile as a CSVfile without the intermediate step of saving to XLS
