Custom Data Tracks plugin; track or x axismode

Custom Data Tracks plugin; track or x axismode

Postby tndmbkr » Wed Apr 22, 2015 2:21 am

In february OMB added a new feature to CDTplugin":
* NEW: [#35] track chart on activity detail page: now there's a short cut to select the y axis track and the x axis mode (per time, distance, ...): click on the label on the y or x axis and a menu pops up to let you select the track or x axis mode

I cannot find this new feature. And I do not understand.

The activity detail has three major areas: Control panel, Zone Table, Line Chart.
There is no track chart in the manual.
What is meant with track chart?

What does y axis track mode mean?
For the y axis I can choose between a lot of data tracks with the button "select more charts"

When I click on a label on the left y axis, I can level the left y axis with the right y axis.
A very fine feature.
But I do not see a menu pop up as described in the new features.

"Track Chart" = "Line Chart", sorry for the ambiguity.
x axis track mode = per distance / per elapsed time / per time of day
right click on an y axis area opens a context menu to align y axes with identical units (if there is more than 1 y axis with this unit); this feature is rather old
left (normal) click on the label of the left y axis opens a context menu that lets you select the track for this axis (e.g. for CDT plugin either "Data Track #1" or "Data Track #2"

I am sorry.
When I read "click", I read right mouse click.
The possibility of a left mouse click never occurred to me.
