Tracking goals of non-endurance sports like weightlifting

I got a little question, how do you integrate goals that are not observable with gps devices etc? This year I want to do some fitness exercises at home, my goal would be just to track a goal of 2 times a week. Should I just use the training plan inside of reach your goal, or is it possible to enter the data as a Sporttracks Activity? E.G. just the time it took, intensity and repetitions.
I know that in general this feature is quite missing in Sporttracks, I would just like to ask for your workaround solution. This is NOT an enhancement request for Reach your Goal!
