Activity Detail View

From the main screen you can see at a glance the activities for the selected week as well as your weekly totals. You can quickly navigate to another week or select a particular activity with the calendar and next / previous week buttons.

Below the activity list is a detailed view of the currently selected activity. In the view to the right the Summary page is active and the route is displayed with the urban areas background. From here you can change any of the activity details or record notes.

In addition to the Summary are pages for Splits, Pace, Elevation, Heart Rate, and Points of Interest. Several map backgrounds are available: aerial photos from terraserver, topographic maps, and street maps.

Activity Reports View

The reports view shows your progress over time in a quick glance. At the top, a table shows the distance, time and calories total for the week (or month) in addition to columns showing the average and fastest pace. Below the table is a graph showing the total distance and time for each week, average distance and time per activity, pace and calories.

In this view, you may notice an activity category has been selected to filter what activities are shown. SportTracks allows you to enter as many categories as you like for your activities, summarize by sub-categories, and filter by category. SportTracks will even auto-fill your categories for activities you download or import based on pace.

Equipment View

The equipment view lets you track any equipment you use during your activities. In this view you can record information such as purchase date, price and location, expected life (miles), and any notes. You can even attach a photo of the equipment by dragging an image from a website.

Once you have added equipment you want to track, the detail activity view allows you to mark which equipment was used for a specific activity. Based on the distance recorded by the GPS, or manually entered, SportTracks will add up the miles used and you can determine when it's time to replace the equipment.

Athlete Info View

The athlete info view contains a history of measurements such as weight, body fat percentage, resting and max heart rates, and several other items you can track over time. You can attach photos to dates to keep a record of your weight loss goals, or store event photos from your favorite races.

You can also track activities related to training performance such as calories consumed, hours of sleep, your mood, and whether you were injured, sick, or skipped a workout, and then chart this information over time and relate it to your pace, distance, and other workout data.

Routes View

In the routes view you can create and organize routes you've created, attach photos to the route, edit and measure the GPS points.
